(Translated by Google) I was in this help center, it was great, but only when you give yourself a lot, it comes back to you. Believing in God helps me, it's great. There is no bath every day (Original) Ja byłam w tym ośrodku pomocy było wspaniale, ale tylko jak siebie dajesz dużo to do ciebie wraca. Mi pomaga wiara w Boga, jest świetne. Couldn’t agree more with the terrible reviews, quite telling when staff members are having to rate the place as good. Serious concerns re patient care. Staff are obstructive with numerous “policies” put in place for “staff and patient safety”, staff unable to use common sense or compassion to work outside these. Home policy that bedpans arent used, immobile but continent patients are told to soil themselves in “super absorbent pads”. Pad checks/changes are reportedly 2hourly, this does not happen. Staff opinion re a dry/wetpad overrides the patients, occasions where left in soaking clothes. “Protected meal times” include not doing personal care, left sitting in their own excrement whilst being told to eat their lunch, I would consider this neglect. Completely undignified, degrading and upsetting for patients. Unclear why hospital can use bedpans and her new care home can get her on the toilet on day 1 despite her left sided paralysis post stroke, yet, you as a rehab centre cannot. Large wet room yet no equipment to shower patients properly, yet again my grandmother was safely showered on day 1 at her new home. So many other suspicious policies such as family having to leave the room when any care from staff is provided, obstructions against viewing care plans despite the patient giving consent. Staff members unable to respond to concerns regarding care. Water jugs not available on tables so immobile patients either don’t have access to water at their wish, or need to rely on family members or carers, who are often too busy. Avoid at all costs if you want your loved one to be treated with care, compassion respect and dignity.
