There aren’t enough adjectives to add in front of Amanda’s name to express how professional she is at taking care of her patients . Mandy is one of the hygienist’s at The Royal Mews , Southend on sea . Her passion for her profession is noticeable in the kind manners she displays with her patients. Mandy does a stellar job at preparation and attention to detail throughout the whole process of cleaning , polishing & removing stains . Each time I have my teeth cleaned , I come out of the practice with the feeling of having a new set of teeth and they look like they have been whitened thanks to the technology used as well & the attention put into the process . I could not recommend her enough & come all the way from Canary Wharf to get my teeth cleaned by Mandy . The staff at reception of the Royal Mews are always very friendly & welcoming & make me feel at home which is unusual for a dental practice . 5 Stars are not enough for this well run dental practice .

I broken my tooth this morning. So pleased they offered an appointment as there was a last minute cancellation. The dentist Neale Fraser is the best dentist I ever came across.. It is a miracle that he managed to fix it despite half of the tooth has broken off. He is so patience, kind, caring and gentle towards me. I highly recommend him.

Not the place it once was sadly! Two appointments one lasting 4 minutes the other 8 minutes didn't listed to my concern about a sudden onset of smell and pain from a specific area. Took my £75 each time. When i rang up again to say the problem and smell is worse i was told to be thankful i'm being fitted in and refused me xray when i said you don't know what's wrong. Rang my local NHS dentist - appointment within a few days and xray confirmed a severe tooth abscess. DON'T ASSUME PRIVATE IS BETTER or quicker and don't listen to the news. Check yourself and save money!.

Don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I had too. I saw Desmond after having a horrendous expirience with a previous dentist and Desmond's care was next to none. Made me feel settled through the whole process of having a horrendous tooth out. Even the dental staff and receptionists was lovely. Couldn't recommend enough.

absolutely disgusting took my money cancelled my appointment down to there dentist having covid then received a letter saying breakdown in relationship and cancelled my appointments now getting my solictor on the case and will be reporting this with cardiologist and making a complaint the lack of care here and they have taken already 150 off me.

Worth every penny. Mr Neale Fraser did two fillings for me. He explained everything he was doing. He has a very calm, comforting presence. Mr. Fraser, his two assistants and the lovely receptionist made it my most pleasant dentist visit in 16 years. I highly recommend this practice for everyone who values their health and time.
