The staff are fine, but actually getting parked to collect the parcel is a nightmare. There is some new student housing locally so cars are parked for weeks at a time, plus the council seem to have removed the 20minute bay that was introduced for this exact reason.

I have a post offices a 200 metres down the road in my village but royal mail takes all undelivered mail miles away to Winchester which is shut at most times in my experience so I can't drive there as it's usually a wasted journey. I've tried using the website and spoken to advisers and it's even worse and i get stuck for hours, literally in some cases, until i lose the will to live. I try to buy products that do not use royal mail!

Online and on the door it says open until 18:00. I left work early to collect my parcel, got there at 17:35 and it was VERY shut. No note on the door to explain why. I now have to wait until Saturday as they're supposedly only open until 17:00 on Fridays and I work so can't get there.

Deceptively bad. Often closed when website opening times say otherwise. Lucky dip if it’s open more often than not.

Missed a parcel on Saturday (although being at home!!!) possibly by getting the wood from the wood store located on the house wall. Next delivery slot Tuesday - so drove across town on Monday to pick up from delivery office only to stand in front of closed door - closes at 12.00. Really??? Would it not make sense to keep office open on Monday afternoon for all the missed deliveries for Saturday? Guess that's too much to ask for! Royal Mail get your act together.... all the private delivery companies are taking your business!!!

Everyone who works here has always been friendly, professional and helpful to me. I frequently have had to ask for advice as a small business owner who has been learning the ins and outs of ecommerce and the British postal system rules and the workers here have always been very patient with me! It's a shame that Royal Mail Group are treating their workers who collect, sort and deliver our post as expendable! Stand by your post!
