    The staff there are so rude and disrespectful. (The old lady and the middle aged man). This has been going on for years but the same people are still there! I don't understand why management don't sack them!?!

    Do not confuse this with the Post Office next door. This is the Royal Mail Whitechapel Delivery Office, mainly for missed deliveries, sometimes pick-ups as well (they told me it was to ease capacity elsewhere). I generally haven't had any issues, maybe I've been lucky, but I usually wait at least a day before trying to pick up a missed delivery so the postman has had time to do the return to the delivery office.

    Poor idi**s. Their s**pid courier stole my package, he took a weird picture of the parcel and his fingers as well and said he left it at another flat. I went to post office, I left my details, I called customer care they told me to ask the seller for refund when they stole my parcel so seller will never refund me. Disgusting service, they literally dgaf. I would burn this place place down, they can't even ring a bell. I have another parcel to collet today, I swear if it's not there only God knows what I'm gonna do. My patience has a limit.

    Was sposed to have a parcel delivered yesterday they said they tried and that my flat was inaccessible but it wasn’t they have to press the door entry system to get in me and my partner was in all day I will be going to Whitechapel Royal Mail office and I will be putting a complaint in ,in person I was told by Amazon that Royal Mail would try to deliver it today nothing has come yet I will be in on the morning of Tuesday it best be here before I have to go out I’m not happy if who ever said they tried to deliver on Sunday I’m sorry but they lied

    There is a really nasty rude man behind the counter who was working there around 12pm on 5th and 6th April 2023. On 5th April, instead of serving customers, he was spending his time shouting and arguing with a customer over the phone and once it was my turn at the desk, he made no eye contact and was really intimidating. He said my redelivery isn’t arriving today and to come back tomorrow. So I went back there the next day and he was again so rude and so intimidating and rudely said “THIS ISNT THE POST OFFICE” and I asked where it was and he rudely spoke down to me and was pointing towards the direction. I had to tell him, he needs to speak to people more nicely and he starting arguing with me and I told him that I’ve seen him arguing with other customers (which is true). As I left the office, he said “I know where you live” and I went back in and told him to repeat what he said and he was smiling and denying that he said that. I will be calling Royal Mail today to make a formal complaint but this man has been seen arguing with multiple customers and he should not be in a customer facing role. He is old enough to be my grandad and he was honestly one of nastiest people I’ve met.
