It’s surprising how so many people have complained about that one Asian lady but seems nothing has been done. Very appalling customer service. She talks to people as if she feeds them or puts a roof over their head. Every time I’ve been there, she’s been rude to everyone including myself. I’m glad I saw the elderly man when I went back there. He has good manners and communication skills. If companies expect customers to be nice to their employees, then their employees need to do the same. That woman needs proper re-training and if she’s not happy with the job, she should resign. #nooneforcedyoutowork

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Why does Royal Mail hire such people! The Asian woman at this branch was so rude and refused to help even tho Royal Mail customer service instructed me to pick it up from this branch. A formal complaint shall be filed and I hope Royal Mail hires some better mannered and helpful staff.

Trying to find out where my parcel was delivered as it was not delivered to my house I have CCTV so I know it has not been delivered trying to get through with the tracking number is a complete and utter joke no one answers the phone no way of finding out where it is no wonder the Royal Mail is in such a state

The drivers out of this depot are terrible they don’t even bother ringing the doorbell just a light knock and they run off has happened about 4 times and each time there is no we missed you card left needs to be sorted out

Royal mail lady came to deliver my parcel before I could get to the door she had gone and left a card, same lady was posting letters when we asked her that did you knock on the door to deliver parcel she said no it wasn't me. When clearly we saw her through the ring door bell. Why did she lie. It's a disgrace

I live in America and I ordered a boohoo package on Black Friday which is the 26th of November. I still haven’t received it and it’s said it arrived in slough uk but it didn’t say anything else. I’m left in the dark about if I’ll even get my order this is so unprofessional and will never be ordering online outside of state ever again.
