    Absolutely horrible and rude old lady on counter. I have no ID driving licence would not accept letter bank statement or college card. She does not care one bit and should not be working in a customer environment. She should let someone younger take her place!

    Unhelpful staff, not empowered to use common sense. I had the reference number, proof of the parcel delivery being attempted the previous day (photos of, but just not the physical attempted delivery card), an email from Amazon confirming the parcel details and failure to deliver, together with my driving licence showing name, address and photo, all matching the other details. Staff refused to release my parcel because I didn't have the physical card and because Royal Mail hasn't sent me an email regarding the failed delivery. No managers on site to consider the scenario - they all went home hours before the office closing time. Staff unable to access email. Customer services raised a policy complaint bit couldn't help further, due to this being "at the discretion of the sorting office staff". An hour and a half wasted and now I have to wait at home all over again. Thanks Royal Mail!

    I have had no post for 3 weeks I have been to th Redfern depot 3 times now to be told its on the van but the van pulls up and guess what no post I have been waiting for some parcels for all this time and to try and sort this on their website is a joke

    Why is it when my lovely postman goes on holiday or whatever I have missing post or it's posted to other houses .now 2 really important meds prescription hasn't been del and this is serious for my sons health .top man Eamon I think that's how u spell his name and plse hurry back so I can have my post b261dy
