I visited today to collect a parcel and, as always, was met with a helpful, efficient response and soon had my parcel. Excellent.

These jokers close whenever they feel like it. It's a 2 minute job to update Google when you're closing early. Instead they close whenever they want and leave google hours as they are so people waste time and money making the journey only to find it closed. Extremely frustrating when you've got customers parcels that need posting out.

I've had to pick up a package for two weeks at the office, it's always closed at the times it should be open. they have my package and I don't know how to collect it. On their online site they don't update the closures, so it appears open but in fact it is closed.

Genuinely the worst experience with them. Online hours don’t match up with when they are actually open, and the staff members are so rude and argumentative. My parcel has still not been delivered despite rearranging the delivery date twice. Awful.
