What is the point of sending a text message to somebody to say that you have a delivery coming on Friday and it doesn't turn up? And then what is the point of sending another text message that it will be delivered between 08:38 and 12:38 on Saturday and it still doesn't turn up ? And then I thought getting my Christmas cards in the middle of January was bad!
