Ridiculous opening hours. The card said the delivery office is open weekdays from 7am - 1pm but I get there and the door says 8am - 10am. Ridiculously short opening hours. At least update the hours on the card you post when you 'attempt' the delivery. Why even bother?

They don't deliver mail very often anymore and the sorting office is only open 2hours each weekday yet want more pay! Half my Christmas orders have not arrived thanks to them despite being posted to me weeks ago. Hope they're proud of ruining Christmas for many children.
