    I have purchased an item on 25th May and paid extra for next day delivery before 6pm, my order has despatched the same day and received at Chelmsford MC at 3:36 am on 26th based on the tracking history. No delivery attempt or any action has occurred on 25th nor 26th and tomorrow is Sunday and they don’t work, the day after tomorrow is Monday bank holiday and if lucky I might receive it on Tuesday 30th! Why I have paid extra for next day delivery when I receive my order 5 days later? Why no single action has happened on Thursday 26th nor Friday 27th? Chelmsford MC is so slow and frustrating!
