    Well I had to try three times to get through and wait for 35mins to be told that my small packet which I had sent 9 days before was still in Langley International sorting office to let them know if it arrived in Poland by the 30th May otherwise it would be considered lost. I did send it tracked and registered post at the end of April and I did ask if I had sent it using the right service, to which I got the reply...:'Its all the same it wouldn't make any difference ". The guy answering the call was polite but not that helpful and really the total lack of service and responsibility is a not very funny joke.

    Every time anything is sent via Royal Mail from a vendor I buy online I know it’s going to be a long winded experience getting my actual parcel. Obviously I work so I’m never in when they ‘deliver’ so I have to go to this sorting office….this is where the fun begins, the hours they open mean anyone with a job seemingly can never pick up their package, no point getting it redelivered because of course I’ll be at work. Every time I go in there it drains the life out of me knowing I’ve paid for ‘delivery’ but will always have to drive to pick it up myself. Made worse by the ‘customer service’ being unhelpful and totally unbothered especially if you forget a paper slip which in this day and age is ridiculous in itself when you have email proof of purchase and the delivery emails from Royal Mail!

    One star is being polite. Had a redirection in place but recently they've also been redirecting someone's else's post as well!!! After 2 official complaints it is still happening even though redirection is no longer in place. Have now escalated further so let's see what happens next. Simply not good enough! Redelivering the person in questions post so at least they receive rather than taking back to the depot

    They have lost my mail which contains important document. Said it was delivered but was received and signed by someone else, they didn’t even leave a note to whom they left it to. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
