Useless service that brings the royal title into disrepute. Constantly misdeliver other people’s mail and delay or lose mine. When you confront them about it they completely deny it. Then they have the arrogance to go on strike for more pay, yet don’t do much anyway. Not to be trusted

Lucky never had any issues ,...just be aware always check your emails if not left a card ,as for first time I didn't get a card but when I read my email it said this was my proof to collect it ,...otherwise you may think that they've not tried to deliver when they say you no answer ,... normally only in there for few minutes depending on time you go and always friendly and polite x

I been tracking my parcel since 22dec they said they left card but no card I rearranged the delivery 3 times still no parcel 📦,they said I can collect from local post office but 😑😩🤦♀️Manchester isn’t my local it miles away but I tracked it this morning to find they given it to somebody without a signature no identification, on 3rd January and someone has basically stolen it under there noses 🤬🤬🤬

This is my last time using this company. She never respects the estimated delivery time of the article. When the package is late, you can't contact nobody for information, customer service is really horrible. Never used it. If you are expecting a really important package that must have come before a trip or a birthday, this is the last company to turn to, in any case I STRONGLY advise you against it!!!!! My biggest mistake of having used it.
