Brand new hospital. Service was excellent. However, poor internal signage and no on site car parking for visitors.

Having to deal with doctors who got their degree abroad now work for the NHS is appalling!.. If they don't understand you, how sure can you be when they tell you things

I can't speak for the rest of the departments but I had an exam done in the radiology department and was in and out quickly. I was very nervous but the three women who were in the room with me put me right at ease and explained everything well. The hospital itself was clean, spacious, and I actually got called in early for my appointment. I obviously had a very different experience from several people who have also reviewed but mine was an 100% positive one.

Excruciating waiting time just to be told that because my blood results were ‘normal’ i was medically well and had ‘nothing wrong’. Absolute incompetency at its best. I was completely dismissed by a rude, on the phone, member of staff. Despite being physically and both mentally unwell they did not want to treat me. Better off dead than coming here for any type of help
