Every hospital has its good parts and its bad part, but some of the staff don't give much importance to what you need, but in the same time different shifts you meet some amazing people who come and check every few minutes, we still wish all of them the beast and we are happy that our new burn is healthy and everything is ok

Friendly local north London hospital. Be very careful using the car park there. The car park company are totally dishonest bandits collecting hard earned money from visitors using dubious ticketing machines. Ended up paying penalty of €60 after paying for my ticket. Criminals.

Very very busy hospital and very hard working staff. And even though it could be overwhelming for the staff but the passion and commitment never fades. Of course not everyone will be satisfied by their care but sometimes the fault lies beyond the team providing the care. Just the other day, a doctor was attending to a bed opposite mine and the family members were present, one of them, obviously impressed by his performance asked if his son who is studying/studied medicine could get work experience at RFH. The doctor simply replied, he couldn't tell if there were any placements or if the hospital is recruiting but warned that it is not as rewarding(in terms of pay) as he had expected/hoped. He further stated that the disparity between workload and pay is huge....well that's the NHS in 2022

Probably one of the best hospitals in N London. However, with my complex health issues, it is taking some getting used to changing treatment from one hospital to another.

Waited nine hours in A&E. Took them four days to make a diagnosis, forgot to give me breakfast twice and dinner once, got lunch wrong twice. Asked for stool sample but was given nothing to put it in!!! This place is not a patch on what it once was. Very disappointed
