It's a hospital. I had to attend an eye examination. Everything was good. Not crowded. Nice helpful staff in reception.

Visited RFH early morning on the 26/05/23 as my partner had been bleeding severely after a tooth extraction. In particular, I want to thank the male nurse who was working from midnight to early morning, as he went above and beyond, not just for me and my partner, but all the patients who were waiting in the hospital. He was always concerned and cared for all the patients, helping patients call other clinics, helping elderly patients with their bags, being available whenever anyone needed him. We waited around 6 hours to see the doctor, and without this nurse, it would have been 6 hours of torture, so thank you for doing an amazing job, and just know that all the patients which you help really appreciate it! I wish I had asked for his name, as he really was a genuinely good and caring person and deserves to be applauded for what he does! 10/10.

Went to RFH Children's Emergency section. Waited 6 hours just to be seen. Staff absolutely useless, unhelpful and just seemed like they didn't care. Then why work there?! This includes receptionist, nurse and doctors. Honestly hated every second of it. Felt so bad for both my kids (2 year old and 4 year old). They were so tired, bored and hungry just wanting to go home after a few hours. We were eventually seen after a extremely long wait of 6 hours for only 2 minutes!! Just to be told that another doctor will call us next day. I was shattered in anger but kept calm. Promised myself that was the last time i'd go there regardless of how close it was. Absolutely disgusting!! Without food or drink since everything was closed and a useless non working vending machine was there. We were starving!! Annoyed and tired. Toilets were gross and stinky. Whole place stunk real strong and looked so filthy.. needs serious taking care of. Worst place to get seen. No idea why i thought i'd give them a second chance.. NEVER again will i be going there.. UCLH is 100% better!! So beware people think twice before attending this hospital.
