Yesterday, I ended up in the hospital with migrene, which I couldn't handle anymore. There was some problem with my registration, but a huge thanks for the receptionist, Felemina, who tried her very best to sort it out and make sure I get treatment. After that, she was still approaching me twice to make sure I'm okay and my details were fine in the future! You are a star! ❤️ there were many people in the waiting room so I decided to waiting at the corridor, at one point when I didn't feel good, I got approached by a young lady - was working there in black clothes- and asked me if I need help! I didn't need it, but to look after me like this was a real touch! I seemed pretty far, all together I spent 1 and half an hour there, the doctor was really cool and caring, absolutelyunderstand me and very helpful! Overall, it was one of my best hospital experiences. huge thanks to everyone who helped me yesterday!!

Been waiting for over 3 hours to see a doctor. The emergency was not full when I arrived - about 4 children waiting. I'm not sure if there are no doctors or they are just extremely slow. Nurses are doing the triage fast, then they sit inside chatting. There is simply no understanding of the pace things should be run in an emergency setting.

This was the worst experience could anyone ever get! 7-8 hours wait for a blood test ! Staff members were 4 in total and they were significantly slow! Anyone could argue properly with the front desk they would get a fast track because of being rude and harsh. If I was supposed to die coming to this hospital I would have been death by now! I really do beg government to replace a free useless NHS with chargeable quality of service .!!! I am sick and 24 hours awake because of seeing a normal nurse for 6 minutes!

Yesterday I went to the Royal free hospital because I had really bad coughing from last 4 Weeks. The receptionist who served patients she was unprofessional and was very rude to me. She was like why you come to the hospital you don’t have to come to hospital. I truly don’t understand why some of the staff work in the hospital. So rude and aggressive.

A blonde nurse called my name and disappeared out of the waiting room as fast as she could, I had no idea where she had run off to. I had come on the advice of the hospital because of complications due to endoscopy, and the nurse told me I probably just had a flu. She then berated me for not having taken paracetamol (I came to the A&E so fast I honestly didn’t have time to think. She also told me to calm down because I had an elevated heart beat. Avoid if you can.

Despite the 8 hour wait in A& E ( UTC) on 17th December - waiting for results to come through, my experience of the health intervention from clinicians ( Doctor especially) was excellent-triage/discharge.
