What a lovely hotel staff are a credit nothing too much trouble felt like one of the family staying there. Room clean and comfortable would definately stay again. Great location right on the beach . Walkability: Right on the bus stops and ryde pier.

I have just had a 5 day break in this hotel.Whilst I was there I was taken I'll and the service was brilliant the staff were so help full checking on me during the day .I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was fine. Food & drinks: The food wasnot fancy but good food like you would make your self and the portions were large.

Visited restaurant at hotel today staff are exceptional was served by a lovely friendly young lady. We both had roast beef dinners and meat and potatoes, gravy were lovely however a odd texture yorkshire pudding very chewy and veg was inedible as most were still raw.and cold. The toilets in restaurant definately need a new cleaner and wouldn't wash my hands in sink as very grubby.(I'm a cleaning supervisor and not good in my eyes ) Food & drinks: Drinks were good only had soft ones but was nice.
