We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and i just loved our stay. The staff was super nice and serviceminded. And the lady in the breakfast was the best. The room was what we expected and perfect for the thing we wanted the room for, sleep and chill. The location was the great, 3 min to 2 different underground station, 2 min to paddington bus station and 20 min walk to marbel arch. My warmest recommendation to this hotel, and we will be back next time we are in london

Shower didn't drain, which is so gross in a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, very thin mattress and you could feel the springs. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, my feet shouldn't be dirty when walking around barefoot. And I requested a room on the top floor, but they gave me one on the first floor, and the street noise was ridiculously loud. Oh, and they charge 5£ to store your bags for you! I've never heard of a hotel doing that. I would never stay here again.

Well, not an ideal place to stay at all. Ordered two bottles of water through regular phone call as the phone available in the room was only for decoration and the guy simply refused my request and asked me to go out from the room and order it from their colleagues … great Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 3/5 … More

Avoid, avoid avoid. Tiny room, sink plug in bathroom didn't stay pushed down so my husband had to fill a mug of water to shave. Tiny shower and tepid water. TV wouldn't work. Very noisy with constant chattering outside the rooms in the corridors, no double glazing so very noisy from the busy road outside. Went to the bar to buy a bottle of water with noone there, waited 15mins, reception told us barman was probably stocktaking so had to go to a local shop instead.Checked out and not one member of staff asked how our stay was for three nights. Don't waste your money.

The hotel is noisy, very old, full of noise of tourist partying. Impossible to sleep. Very expensive, and the only good thing if the location. Not recommendable. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 3/5 … More
