Summer school class was overcrowded. Some staff arrogant, rude and aggressive. Course was not as described. Spent a lot of money for overall a very negative experience. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

Maybe your classes are good but you have extremely rude receptionists. Complete waste of time if you want to check your sessions are of any use for youself and you are travelling from the other end of London to drop in session just to be turned away. Shocked how badly it is organised. Reminded me of 'good old college days' in Central Europe. No, thank you. Will not check again.

I enjoyed the 1 week, 1 pose course immensely, our tutor Claudia Carr taught us so much with great patience. I appreciated how the days were structured, looking and discussing references and images covering different topics of painting, then continuing to paint for the rest of the day. Claudia spent time walking around the room to discuss each person’s work. The studio itself was nice, we were painting during the heatwave so everything was done to keep the class as cool as possible. I do think the lighting is a problem, and was disappointed to see that the school doesn’t have any professional lighting. Thankfully our brilliant life model brought in one of his own, I hope the drawing school will invest in the future. In summary, I would definitely attend this course again, it was really enjoyable.

Had a blast doing the "World Imagery in Art" with the Royal Drawing School. Great tutors, learnt loads and had a lot of fun. Very good attention given to each student. Tutors seem to be super interested in everyone's progress and to "meet us where we are".
