Unreliable. Give you a time they will collect, don't turn up, ring them to find out where they are, 2 minutes away, they must have dodgy watches, 10 minutes later still no taxi, at which point they admit it is the other side of town! There are better taxi firms out there - will use one of them in future. I can evidence calls to your company from yesterday. Your tracking stated the car was coming in a different direction to where you eventually admitted it was. I do not leave fake reviews as suggested by your reply below. Perhaps if you put more effort into being honest with customers, this wouldn't be an issue for you.
