    RB counter in Hethrow T4, desk E. Only 1 counter open for so many passengers. Remember (the other counter simply NO service, look at my photo). This queue service different destinations all in only 1 queue. NO moving in last 10,15 minutes at all. They do not show any flight number or information at all, except RB logo. Simply guess, wait and trust. Wait....wait....wait... ------------------- After more than 1 hour waiting, passengers started to pass around message about flight canceled. WHAT???? NO email notification, NO app message, NO telephone message until we walk out to ask. TERRIBLE arrangement. The RB app keep asking you to checkin online even the flight canceled!! !! ------------------------ RB are extremely POOR in negotiation seats from other airlines. Other airlines show NO respect to their seat negotiation at all. Not willing to help even with seats available. ------------------ Base on above, comment and evaluate the service yourself. Wasting my hotel booking money in Brunei and waiting for arrangement not sure/not known/no message of any kind after 6 hours of scheduled flight!!

    Dreadful airline. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My return flight from Manila to London on 01.01.23 was cancelled due to air traffic problems at Manila airport. We were asked to still check in and were told that should the flight be cancelled Royal Brunei would arrange hotel accommodation and provide dinner. This did not happen. We were told that it was not the airline’s direct fault that the plane was cancelled to the following day at 8pm and therefore would not assist with hotel or any other expenses. We were told to return to Manila airport by 5pm The following day.

    DO NOT USE. An error was made on my ticket, I requested my ticket to be cancelled within hours of the purchase due to the error. They proceeded to charge me a £200 cancellation fee for it and to make matters worst their very own website states that the cancellation fee should have only been £150. Absolutely terrible airline.

    Don't know why or how anyone can complain about the service, I was looked after at the booking in and by the crew as if I was royalty. The second my foot was in the door of the plane the crew sat me down and put away my carry on luggage asked what I would like to drink or eat for a snack after take off. As soon as we were in the air they were around looking after everybody with menu and special request for food and drink. The only ones that seem to complain are the ones expecting alcohol to be served. I was told that no alcohol would be served during my booking with flight center. And I have flown with Royal Brunei several times now, the service has always been top class and reliable. I have witnessed some rude behaviour from travelers and the crew never retaliated but took it in their stride and continued to serve every body like Royalty. I would recommend this Airline for anyone that needs to fly long haul like Aus to London as the trip is done in three stages. The only improvements that could be made would be the Dubai stop over.
