The care and support my son received though a very traumatic few weeks was 110% plus, Dr Begum especially and all the surgeons, plastics team the pain team, porters kitchen staff cleaners the dear man who took my son to theater and every nurse and care assistant, you will be forever in our hearts, one nurse in particular Raphael always went above and beyond his line of duty, and for that we thank him from the bottom of our hearts, what an amazing team, worth your weight in gold. Such an amazing hospital, care has been first class from a very highly skilled team of surgeons and nurses. Everyone was always positive, kind and happy. Food was of a really good standard. My only little niggle would be that the team did not phone through to my next of kin immediately after the operation to say how it all went but to be fair they have so much to do it's not important. I had a triple heart bypass.

They have a private patient department. Who would even want to pay extra for this dump of a hospital. Most unpleasant experience to deal with their finest staff who suffers anger and behavioural issues. Secondly I would say there is quite a few issues with qality and safety of care they deliver.
