Crossing your arms, rolling your eyes and smirking as someone is struggling to bend to take off their socks as if you're accusing them of faking it. You disgust me.

Each time I have needed to visit Royal Bournemouth Hospital, I have been treated so well by all staff members. They go out of their way to make me feel at ease. They are kind & compassionate & respectful. I cavy sing their praises enough. There is a beautiful lake area outside where patients can sit & feed the birds 🐦 or simply enjoy the beauty of nature and the peace & quiet 🥀

I visited the pre admission department (urology) on the 17th April I am a very (medically) nervous person, with a severe needle phobia. Once the two nurses, I won't identify them by their nationalities, realised how nervous I was they did their very best to put me at my ease - and succeed completely. This was in total contrast to a previous visit to my GP surgery.
