The WORST maternity department ever!! Experienced trauma from this hospital due to the lack of respect and neglect please avoid this hospital they will treat you with no respect and do not care about meeting your needs. It is full of selfish midwives and rude receptionists who only care about doing their job and going home . They don’t care about their patients. Was in the wards upstairs for 6 nights and witnessed alot of mistreatment. Please avoid this hospital at all costs and do your research before you come to this hospital I was extremely let down by the poor service. To know that this hospital is run my the NHS is shocking. I’m truly devastated about how this place is up and running with their filthy service

If I could give this hospital no stars I would! I absolutely hate this hospital!!! I chose to have my son at Wigan for the better care if I drove I'd be going there for treatments. Twice already I have been arguing for doctors here to see my son who has had two abscess in his bum for the past 3 weeks, previous to this I have failed attempts with emergency doctors. Your made to feel like your a hypocondriact If it's not yourself but children, I tell you this for nowt Bolton hospital that if my son gets worse coz of your lack of care reading out your text books I will sue. I was told if the abscess doesn't go and his temp rises to bring him straight in! 4 days later 3am I'm back in with high temperature but what do they instantly do drug them up see if the temp comes down and say nothing worry about! That's what will be next! My son is not well and I have had enough of being palmed off!!
