Hello, My name is John Edward Tuohey and I'm an American/Irish from NYC, New York. In 1965 I was visiting my grandparents, James & Martha McMahon from Cavendish Street. I was hit by a truck (Lorry) on The Falls Road and brought to this hospital. I was around 9 years old and the nurses and doctors saved my life and rebuild my leg with a hammer and chisel, back in the day. The nurses and doctors that performed my miracle may or may not be around anymore. But I want to thank them and this Hospital for not giving up on me and achieving the impossible! I was definitely at Death's door when they wheeled me in there. I'm 66 years old now and still going strong. Thank you. I would recommend this hospital to everybody with a sick or hurt child! Go easy on the staff performing miracles is a tough job but doable! I'm walking, talking proof!

Usually I'm afraid my son will get sick because I don't want to visit this bad hospital, waiting for hours without meaning in the hospital, it's really annoying.
