Must Improve Review of Royal Bath Hotel & Spa Bournemouth RECEPTION We arrived at 1040am. Went to reception. Before I could ask if we could leave our bagge in the hotel the lady abrubtly said 'You can not use your room until 4pm' She then (without a smile) let us put the luggage in the room resrved for this use. The other staff we spoke to at the reception were very helpful and friendly. BAR Excellent service at all times. Clean and comforrtable BREAKFAST Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was quite reasonable - except - the coffee is to avoid, really weak and watery. GARDEN - pleasant GENERAL CLEANLINESINES - quite acceptable BEDROOM/BATHROOM Well the BBC could film a wildlife programme under the bed, absolutely filthy. The bathroom door is opened against a wall - between the opened door and the wall was a line of dirt, please clean behind the door! Found fingernail clippings on the carpet. Bed comortable, sheets and towels clean. Provided tea/coffee facilities reasoable.

I would AVOID this hotel until the HSE have carried out an inspection. If I could upload videos and pictures on here you would understand. SHOCKING Nearby activities: Every activity out of the hotel is safer than being in there.
