    Really disappointing experience today, booked bowling for two games with my partner. We often come and usually really enjoy it but will think differently moving forwards. It was a really rowdy atmosphere and - while I appreciate it’s a Saturday evening crowd - this was accompanied by slow service. Our drinks didn’t arrive until we’d nearly finished our first game. Then we’d found that our lane had been given away despite us booking on for two consecutive games, and we ended up having to move all of our stuff, food and drinks without an apology. Such a poor experience that we left before even finishing our second game. It was too loud in there to even think of chatting to the manager. Waste of £50+.
