My dad was here until about 12 months ago, the staff honestly were fantastic with him and with family members too, they had a little coffee room that you could take him in so dad felt he was being taken out. They took him on day visits too. It was mom's and dad's wedding anniversary the one day, they put on a special tea with cake and flowers they really made a fuss of them, and invited the family to join them too. The same for his birthday. Staff kept us informed all the time and we couldn't have wished for a better placement. Dad could be very stubborn and not the easiest person but the patience and the manner he was dealt with first class! My husband has worked in care homes and felt Roxburgh was a first class provider too. We as a family wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care provider. xx

Whilst looking for a care home for my nan we went to visit Roxburgh and straight away fell in love with it. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to include my nan and myself and put us at ease they helped us to navigate the home and show us around After a very tasty lunch my nan even had a nap in the chair whilst I went to talk though stiff with the staff I felt very included and although have worked in care all my working life helped me to navigate this for a loved one.
