Rox offers a great selection and their sales team was genuinely helpful. However, my experience took a turn for the worse due to the subpar after-sales service and less-than-friendly management. A real letdown.

Myself and my partner had an appointment with Raf on Saturday 18th March to try on engagement rings. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the service received, Raf was attentive even prior to the appointment by emailing and asking for ideas on what I liked and what to look for. She took time to go through each rings characteristics and the ‘4Cs’ and made the whole experience so incredible. We came to Rox on a recommendation and we will definitely be recommending on to friends and family. We cant wait to come back for our wedding rings once he pops the question! One of my Gucci necklaces’ bought from Rox clap broke (no fault of Rox!). I took it back to the Leeds store and explained the situation, they were really helpful in sending the necklace back to Gucci, to which the repair and repaired the necklace free of charge! Also went above and beyond to post the necklace back to me as I do not live in Leeds so is abit of a trek to get there and it came next day, beautifully packaged! Thank you so much
