Friendly and extremely helpful staff. I had called to check on my prescription (which I later learned the doctors failed to send) and the lady checked not just their system but also checked to see if it had been sent to another pharmacy by mistake. The shop is always clean and they are quick to answer your calls. There's also no waiting for 30 minutes for your prescription to be filled out (like you have to at Boots Pharmacy), you're usually in, served, and out within 10 minutes.

Went in to see the pharmacist today as I was having some ear trouble. He was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. He checked both my ears and removed all the wax for me and I can finally hEAR properly. Taking my grandma there next to get hers done too.

Came into the pharmacy as I had severe tooth ache due to a missing filling and could not be seen by a dentist. I spoke to the Pharmacist Sukhy, and he spoke to me and advised me on medication for my pain and a solution for my missing filling. He was super helpful, friendly and took his time to assist me in deciding what the best option for me would be until I could next see my dentist. Thank you again🙏

I'd rather go else where than white heath chemist ,the first owners of the chemist they were great since they left it's a joke this disgusting chemist needs to be boarded up and shut down the staffs are like zombies as if their not allowed to talk to people impolite that is I've never in my life been to the worst chemist star rating from me no stars there's no stock in the shop either
