Just come from an appointment here with a locum dct Sonia my appt lasted less then 3 mins felt very rushed, dct didn't really seem intrested very blunt. New receptionist is lovley as is Dawn. Will request not to be seen by this doctor again.

This an amazing doctors reception ladies are very helpful and i seen doctors twice in a few months and both where great can not say how happy i am to be with this doctors surgery always answer phone calls where I was before was a nightmare so glad I changed if you need a good doctor come here and thanks to all of them x

The surgery have been very helpful with an ongoing issue with my daughter. Dawn and Viv are great to deal with. Some of the locum Doctors are just OK but on the whole a great improvement from 12 months ago

Worst doctors ever, can never get through to them and when you do it’s always the same ‘there’s no more appointments today, ring back tomorrow at 8am’ they also lack any customer service or empathy what so ever. Sounding very rude over the phone and almost like they are being condescending, no wonder why there are so many bad reviews of this place, I’ll be switching to another doctor asap

This surgery absolutely bad services and admin people very unhelpful at all. All this time temporarily doctors appointed . So need to investigate about there services as NHS standard and unskilled staff services . We don’t want this surgery here.

I had a problem tracking down some medical results and Viv was very helpful steering me in the right direction . I am very grateful and feel that administration staff at the surgery don’t get the credit they deserve.

As a patient of this practice for years and I am very disappointed in constantly trying to get an appointment with a GP, which these days are not even face to face anymore. The only time one is being offered is to come and get the CV19 jab or flu jab, since the start of CV19 until now still unable to see a GP despite the illness. I am continually told by the receptionists to go to a walk in centre because there are no appointments available or to call back at this time or that time only to be told there are no appointments. Gone are the days when practitioners cared about their patients health and well being.
