Absolute joke !! I arrived to collect my persrictpion and had to wait 10mins for the pharmacist to even arrive ! They never pick up the phone when i try and call number of times When I arrive in store they stuff is never ready even when I got the text message , some of the staff have no clue what they do in there , the Australian lady is always very rude and condescending when I'm there enough is enough looking at changing pharmacy

Tried ringing 5 times to find out if prescription was in . No answer. Went down an hour later script not in when I said it had been in a week they suddenly found it....incompetent to say the least

I booked for a flu jab and took time off work. I got there and they said oh we are doing a refurb although they were still open for selling come back Monday. I was paying for the jab to get a time that worked around work. Things go wrong but this is the second time here. The other occasion they admitted they didn't have any doses and made me wait ages for a pharmacist who was late arriving to tell me he didn't have the doses. Basically very poorly run and not capable to pick up a phone to save wasting customers time. I have now booked with a major chain as you cant rely on them for essential services.

Never had a bad experience in this chemist staff always helpful. Was in the shop on the 9th April 2021 and the young lady could not be more helpful she explained everything about all my medications. The nice thing was she had time to talk and used your first name which was nice

Sales assistant looked very unhappy and i felt i was really putting her out by being in shop, having a prescription to get and especially when i asked to buy some thing from behind the counter. Pharmacist was also a bit abrupt and short when issuing prescription. I felt i had somehow afended the staff and felt very uncomfortable. Visited during the covid-19 lockdown- so maybe that why i was assisted in the way i was.
