Absolutely horrible experience. Witnessed a condescending and racist employee looking down on a foreign client. Had to intervene. Then another incompetent employee hardly considered our problem. She simply sent us away. This is unacceptable for a service supposed to show basic compassion for humanity and care for health issues. Health is a right not a privilege.

Small but extremely helpful. I have only positive experiences here of both pharmacists and counter staff. Not my nearest pharmacy but my pharmacy of choice. Sometimes there is a queue - but the staff never rush their customer interactions and always ensure that we understand the medications. I think that is worth a little wait.

Absolute thieves… I bought a nappy cream yesterday and was charged £7.89 for it where as everywhere else is £3.15 and I did not realise that until today. I went back to ask why.. she said we change our prices every Wednesday… the cream was £4 today suddenly!! I was surprised by this massive price change although (sudden price drop???) pretty sure that she just didn’t bother to investigate this and resolve it and instead gave me an attitude. Will never go back and highly suggest others not to do so as there is always the longest queue ever with an unreasonable pricing.

Undeserving of one star. Over 1000 calls since 15th Dec (now 24th) No answer. No meds. I've used this surgery since September 2021, they agreed to deliver to my door and have never done so. Not even once. Further to this the actual medication was wrong for the first 4months, however after was ok. Manager needs to step down and let a competent human being run things. Update: changed pharmacy to Lalys who were able to take over everything within a week and get my meds delivered in a timely fashion.

The most ridiculously slow awful service I have ever experienced. The lady behind the counter (dark hair with pens sticking into it not sure of her name but she needs to be fired immediately) she flirts with all of the old men coming in to get their prescription and is incredibly racist, slowing down the process and just trying to make jokes of the situation. I have never been at there not been in a badly managed queue, and they NEVER EVER have your prescription ready unless you go 2 months after you order it. I have a serious skin issue and all this pharmacy has done is made it worse by slowing down the process and never having my medicine ready for me. I would not recommend this to anybody and would rather drive an hour than have to ever go back there. If I could give no stars I would.

My daughter (10m) is hypoallergenic and now we are running out of formula. Tried to get the prescription several times everytime they ask to call the gp. When called the gp, prescription was passed on to the pharmacy and now the pharmacy doesn’t answer the call. Cant give my daughter any other milk.

tried to call pharmacy several times on different day because they sent me wrong inhalers but never answer their phones and. running out of my inhaler !!!! this is the worse pharmacy i know cannot get out to pick my prescription up they need to learn how to answer there phones, wish they kept elm grove chemist open!!
