Guy that works there has a terrible attitude problem. Went in to get advice on our child's rash which included a rash on his bottom and not only did the man seem like doing his job was a total inconvenience but proceeded to talk to myself and my wife like we were stupid. Moreover instead of taking us to somewhere with a little privacy he expected me to drop my 2 year olds trousers and nappy in a shop full of strangers! When we said we didn't think it was chickenpox his very blunt and condescending answer was "well you've answered your own question then” and refused to put it in writing for the nursery....then spent longer telling us to call the pharmacy than it would have taken to write a note. I would suggest a new career for this guy, one without having to talk to the public as clearly he isn't suited to it

Staff a friendly and helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the opening time. Very restrictive for those that work. If they would just consider a couple of hours on a Saturday morning for prescriptions it would make a massive difference.

Staff are rude when a complaint about how long it take 15 mins to get a prescription sorted . I have never known a chemist to take so long to serve a customer and every time seems to be a problem… The chemist needs to review their customer skills and organise the procedures

I've rang 12 times this morning and nobody is answering my phone call. The line has even gone engaged sometimes when I've tried which shows someone is there. I desperately need help and now will have to change chemist because of their incompetence

Terrible chemist, a very rude man who can't even bother to turn up on time. Its the only chemist within walking distance of the village, so some people have to use the place. I changed awhile ago because of the man, best thing I have done.

This pharmacy was given a 3 star rating as no official car park which means visits are difficult. When inside on my visit this week there was another customer who was being served who was being permitted to wear mask on chin not covering mouth or nose without comment from the pharmacist, in fact they were talking/chatting together less than a meter apart with no concern about Covid restrictions or my wellbeing. Also when I was being served I wasn't kept informed of what was happening when the pharmacist disappeared out back after looking me up on the system so I was confused as to whether I should carry on waiting or leave. And even worse is they don't open at the weekends when those of us who work need to collect prescriptions.
