If you look back, for the past 3 years people have been complaining that the staff are extremely rude in this store and yet Rowlands have sat on their back sides and have done nothing about it. The staff are horrible in there and it's common knowledge. And now they're probably wondering why they have had to sell so many of their stores along with Lloyds because of under performance? Idiocy at its peak 🙄

The staff in this place are extremely rude. I wish I knew this before sending my parcel over there. Will not be collecting medication or any parcel there moving forward. They judged my partner just because of how he was dressed which is extremely unprofessional. If i could I would give 0 stars.

Never had staff in my life assume I'm collecting a parcel for someone else because they assume by my name i should be a woman collecting it. Embarrassing for both of us really. First time for everything though I guess. Could have been approached differently before making assumptions.

I’ve used this place for years but it’s gone very down hill in customer service and supply. They don’t realise they’re messing with peoples health! I strongly advise not to get your medication from here and just go a little further and find a reliable pharmacy that’s organised and professional.
