I can honestly say i have never had a problem at this pharmacy, ive never had a prescription go missing, the staff have when they needed to gone out of their way to help when the doctors made a mistake and i needed my prescription quickly. I have however on numerous occasions witnessed the staff being spoken to by customers in an absolutley disgusting manner and i think i would struggle to maintain a cheery disposition all day if i was subjected to that kind of treatment and abuse as regularly as they do.

Service is not as good as it used to be. For prescriptions, from placing a repeat request with the GP to it being ready for collection used to be around 2 working days. Now it's upwards of a week. I was often told, "the order is likely in 'The Hub', come back after 4pm tomorrow. In other cases, a prescription for vitamin D3 has been impossible for them to get for a couple of months. They cite their supplier. I found the exact product at LIDL... The shelves are not particularly well stocked. However. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Due to the above ongoing issues, I have now changed my preferred pharmacy locally.

Poor general service - can never 'find' prescriptions - despite having received them two weeks ago and calling me two days before to tell me it was waiting to be collected?! And customer service is abysmal.

Just the worst place ! The pharmacist who works on a Monday talks to customers like she's scraping them off of her shoe. Take my advice , go to Govanni's in the square or Village pharmacy in One stop. Woodham doesn't need a renowned rude pharmacy , note to the owner , please don't leave me a number to discuss my bad experiences as I fear it may fill up your answer phone messages. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I think the residents of woodham should boycott this place until it goes bankrupt , maybe they might start treating customers with a tad of respect.
