Recently looked to sell my 2012 Honda Civic to upgrade and was knocked down on my part exchange price due to roof paint patch about size of 50p piece only to find out this is a Honda problem. Pearl white is particularly bad and Honda won't do a recall . Canada court has agreed it's Honda paint problems. Won't be purchasing another Honda also charged me for service after 1yr only to find oil service wasn't done . Will go back to Toyota . Update just seen 2016 Jazz down Broadway with paint missing down side of screen . Update to their response I took car down for price appraisal but car was priced low due to peeling paint . I have since found out that Honda's have a paint problem that they won't Admit if you don't believe me have a look on the internet and at cars roofs and side of windscreens the paint is flaking off FACT. With regards to oil change yes you charged me but following year I had it done by independent gge and personal friend and proved job not done . Check your cars for paint and if serviced properly .

"The staff at Rowes Honda Plymstock were good because they did their best to satisfy what I required and when. Mr Wilkes managed to get the required car to me in time to tax and insure on December 1st and be able to drive it that day. I was asked to return to Rowes the following week so any further explanations I needed for driving an automatic/electric hybrid car could be fully met after driving it for a few miles. "
