I have 2 dogs and a cat registered with Rowes at Bradley Stoke. The care and treatment shown to them and myself is second to none. First class practice that I would recommend.

Our rescue dog Rory had an operation on his eyelid. Staff were amazing, so caring and kept us informed at all times. Rory does struggle at the vets but he was very calm and coped well, it must have been the reassuring and excellent care provided by everyone.

This is a superb practice. When you arrive everyone is very friendly and on further visits you are remembered and more importantly so is your pet’s name. The kindness of the staff to me when my late cat was in the hospital was second to none and when my dog had to be put to sleep in the pandemic everything was done to make it peaceful for her and bearable for me. My present cat is well looked after and I’m given good advice . Go there you will not be disappointed.

Kind, caring, professional, detailed, clean. Used the emergency veterinary hospital. Unfortunately it was a sad ending, but even then they didn't rush me, explained everything and gave me time with my pet. Received beautiful condolence cards and are dealing directly with insurance. Now will register all other animals with them.
