My experience with route 1 car sales was very good. I'm quite picky about my vehicles so went through it with a fine tooth comb before purchase and gave them a list of work to be completed before collection when I left a deposit. The majority of the work was completed and they gave me a discount on the vehicle cost for the other work, nothing major. They are used vehicles so some bumps in the road are to be expected but Paul is excellent at ironing them out. Recommended.

Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. So called service not carried correctly out and service light not extinguished. V5 never received and when I called to enquire a rude ignorant and clearly uneducated individual was aggressive and refused to help with my enquiry. On asking to speak with his manager he hung up on me. Do not use this garage if you want something other than low grade, over priced vehicles with no after sales service.
