    I bought a car which had a number of issues, it was backwards and forwards for warranty work during the first 3 months. I would have rejected the car had they not been so quick to 'repair' the issues. Unfortunately a number of warranty 'repairs' failed 6 months later. Head gasket, thermostat, rocker cover and turbo oil feed all replaced under warranty between April and July 2022 and replaced again at my expense in February of 2023 due to poor quality of repairs. I contacted the sales office in February regarding the failed repairs and received no reply.

    Unfortunately, I've had to edit my review. A change in plates (I was not told about this whilst purchasing this vechile) meant the new owner slip was useless to me and despite asking the garage numerous times about it, they haven't responded to any of my emails. (I phoned them and was told they'll look into it and get back to me) Meaning I can't tax my car and haven't received new log book and I have a pretty much useless 9k car sat on my drive that I can't tax, meaning I can't drive it. I'm very disappointed and having children and one of them being autistic, I'm having to use public transport which is absolutely useless where I live at the moment. My car is my lifeline. These last 2 weeks have been really difficult without a car. We have a big family holiday coming up and we may have to cancel it without transport! I was holding out editing my review to see if any of my desperate pleas of emails would be responded too. I just need to know if they have indeed sent all relevant paperwork to the DVLA and why was I sold a car with a number plate discrepancy? I don't like leaving negative reviews and avoid doing it as I know things slip through the net and I'm sure no one meant for this to happen, but I really need a drivable car! Great service and communication. Lovely guys I dealt with and never bothered about any of my incessant questions! I had my lovely car delivered from them all the way to the south west! We still have a few bits to sort out but they've kept me in the loop all the time. Even though they're so busy! Also our car arrived in the dark and when we looked in the morning there was a chip on the windscreen, told Ollie and he was absolutely brilliant about it! I honestly can't recommend this garage enough! I was dubious about buying a car from so far away, but they've gone above and beyond for us. Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work!

    Brought a Peugeot 3008 from them in January great service from Ollie changed the water pump and cambelt and serviced and gave the vechile a fresh years mot before picking it up after a couple of weeks or so had a slight issue with the vehicle so gave them a call and they got it straight in to sort the issue cannot fault them on anything have a great customer service/focus to keeping there customers happy and nothing seems to be a problem to sort out would buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle update!!!! Vehicle is now knocking again possible probably same issue as before which hasn’t been rectified properly as it keeps reoccurring and has happened again a lot of parts changed on vehicle to try solve the first issue within first few months from track rod ends,drive shafts wishbones and steering racks all to no availe tbh this car is probably the worse vechile for faults I have purchased in my life.

    Everything seemed fine until the day of purchasing my vehicle. It had not been prepared for delivery, despite a week to get it ready. The vehicle was not serviced pre-delivery as Ollie committed to. Now he will not return my emails or phone messages, asking for an explanation and way to rectify the issue. Update: Ollie responded promptly and positively to my review and the matter is now resolved. The service was in fact done, but the service book and vehicle 'net service' indicator were not updated. All is well that ends well .... thank you Ollie.
