Excellent customer service! I placed an order just before 1pm on Friday for a client. The items needed manual review from the team so they were delayed to print. I got in touch with Lee, a customer service agent on live chat and he ensured they got printed and dispatched that same day. They were needed for an event and must be delivered today ( Monday). Can't fault the customer service! I would highly recommend. Thanks so much, guys for all of your hard work, it's much appreciated.

I was added to the Route 1 Print email database without consent. They continually email me every week with offers of their services. I have tried clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email and followed the online instructions to unsubscribe, but they continue to email over and over again. I have twice now phoned and requested they remove me from their database, but still more emails come. I have now reported them to the ICO. Please, please, please stop emailing me.

I used to use these guys all the time, but my last 2 print runs have just not been up to scratch - laminated business cards arriving covered in dirty marks, and now greetings cards arriving folded out of alignment, with ink spots and fuzzy edges, so have clearly been cut with a dull guillotine blade. Was offered a re-print of the cards which was no better, and now have had to cancel plans to sit at home all day waiting for them to collect the faulty batches so I can get a refund. Not impressed, and will be finding somewhere else.
