Not to be trusted .Posting fake reviews for them self.Took my broken chain to scrap,the lady accused me of steeling it .Never been so offended .Took 3 months to get it back off police.Also they wont giv customers leway on loans for goods cash converter will do this in times of need.Stinking attitude from staff not returning my item when asked.If you take high price items to sell here this could happen to you .Theye could accuse you of theft hoping you leave without you're item.My chain is worth over 300 pound scrap value.They also damaged my chain in several places as theye have no specific equipment for gold trade my advice is go somewhere with a gold gun .Round s is totally unprofessional worst pawnbrokers I have ever come across. Since this experience I have sold scrap gold an silver in other shops met with high a standard of service check my other reviews if you need this .
