What a mixed bag of reviews - from Excellent to Awful. My experience is I've tried to contact them for quotes for two separate jobs now, the latest in Feb 2023, and never got any response. From the reviews it sounds like their work is very good if you can actually get hold of them, hence I tried them again. However, their lack of response to potential customers, and it seems like it isn't just me, does raise concerns. Maybe they're just so busy they can pick and chose when and what to respond to, and aren't too concerned with new customers?

When clearing out my loft I discovered that I had a leak. I had 3 different roofing companies out to fix the problem but the leak still remained, I’d heard off of a friend Roundhay Roofing give a phenomenal service and they wasn’t wrong. I was given an 8 week waiting time, once the 8 weeks was up they came out and fixed the leak. Very professional workers with high quality skills. Customer service was very good as well!
