My mum who's 83 lives below one of the roundabout flats in woodhouse, I have reported a leak from their boiler which has damaged my mum's bathroom, a man came out and isolated boiler, now someone has moved in and boiler has been switched switched on and the leak is back, I will be in touch with roundabout.

They've been so great for advice and helping me and my toddler secure another home because of homeless prevention after my landlord is wanting to sell the house I currently live at and I wasn't on the council and there was a 6 week back log to reveiw applications on property shop. A big shout out to Clare Owen and the team she works with shes been helping me every step of the way and honestly could not thank her enough! Amazing company and amazing supportive staff.
