The worst taxi company I have ever used! I was overcharged by a few pounds last week and enquired via telephone to see if the price was correct. I initially spoke to Dean, who was incredibly apologetic and explained that this charge was due to the unfortunate and adverse weather conditions (snow). However, due to the driver and the call handler not explaining this additional cost to me, he informed me that he would look into this issue and promised to contact me again ten minutes later with a resolution. Unfortunately, it has been a week, I’m still waiting to hear from him. Due to Dean failing to respond, I decided to contact this company via Facebook for further information. The colleague, who fails to provide their name whenever they send messages, is incredibly unhelpful. In fact, in no uncertain terms, accused me of being a liar, as they couldn’t find any record of my booking. This is incredibly strange as Dean had no issues finding this whatsoever! I am most grateful for your services which allowed me to travel to work during the difficult weather conditions, however, I do not appreciate having to continually chase you for answers. Your customer service is abysmal and I sincerely hope you try harder in the future to improve this. If you are going to charge your customers extra, this should be more clearly stated. I think I shall stick to Budget Taxi’s from now on.

Pre ordered a taxi, I called at pick up time and I got connected to the driver. He told me he was running 10 mins late. I waited 20 mins and called again and got told the driver cancelled and they had no one in the area. I was major late from pre booked. Terrible service with 0% customer care. Avoid!!
