I bought 2 staddle stone for a pergola we were building on site. They were delivered directly to site and once opened we found one was damaged. It was quite frustrating, but I called roundwood who sent a replacement late afternoon Thursday (same day about an 2 hours after initial call) and it arrived Friday morning at 10am. You can’t ask for better customer service than that. It delayed the job by all of about an hour. Thanks for a good service would use you again.

I purchased two large white fibreglass planters. They are excellent. When they arrived, one had been damaged in transit. I emailed Roundwood and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day, without any quibbling, even though the damage was almost certainly not down to them. That's my idea of Customer Service, and inspires confidence - I have now ordered two more!
