Good food and very well priced. They have their own butcher in store so you can ask where the meat is from and they are happy to tell you. Strawberries are locally picked over the summer months and are the best you'll find. Always welcomed with a smile

This is one of the area's best small hold farm shops. I cannot praise them highly enough. They've recently expanded the size of their store into the middle barn, so please do check them out. They sell all sorts of local produce, such as groceries, dairy, and hand-reared meat - free range and pasture fed, the welfare of the animals is paramount to them an I'm happy to support a local producer by buying directly from them. If you're trying to save on your carbon footprint, then you can't do much better. Their eggs are fresh, and you can see the ducks and hens, enjoying the field right next door to the shop. They have a butchers counter within, and also sell deli products. One feature I really like is their refill station. Not only do they sell dried foods, but laundry products too. Their washing up liquid is really good, as is the fabric conditioner. You buy a bottle of it on your first visit, then just take it back and fill it up when you need a top up. It is reasonably priced and good to be reducing plastic waste. You'll find paper bags for the groceries, and if you have a lot of groceries to take home, they will pack it in a fruit box for you. You can really tell they care for the environment and are trying to operate as ethically as possible. You will also find locally produced gifts, jams and chutneys, artisan ciders and beers, cards, and tasty cakes and snacks. They sell plants and garden sundries such as pots and compost. They also sell logs. The team are friendly and really helpful and I always enjoy visiting their shop. Fantastic place!

Lovely little shop. They make the most amazing hot chilli and tamarind chutney! Which goes so well with their oak smoked cheese! Lots of other chutneys to choose from, so will be back for more!
