They performed the survey the next day and due to the number of issues found, I had the images of my roof within 2 hours and the full report was fast tracked and delivered very quickly. Due to ongoing roofing problems and wanting a full independent appraisal, I contacted Rotorgraph to carry out a roof survey. Gary and Stuart came the next day, and provided exceptional quality drone photographs of my roof, Stuart provided photos inside the lofts within an hour of leaving my home. Simon Hollis MRICS then provided me with a 30 page Roof Inspection Report within 30 hours of the visit to my property. They're a very professional team and such lovely people talk to. I highly recommend you use Retrograph ltd, before employing a roofer as you get factual information backed up with photographic evidence. Probably the best money I have invested this year. Gary and co were extremely helpful and gave good advice. They responded quickly especially as I requested their services just after the bad spring storms. The photos were extensive and very clear and the survey report was very helpful. Without their services there would have been quite a delay and considerable expenditure in arranging scaffolding to find storm damage on our roof of a four floor house. I will definitely employ their services again.
