My brother has learning disabilities and any medical appointment can be stressful for him. The care and attention he received from Sally and Chris was simply outstanding. They made him feel at ease within minutes of arrival at the dentist and were both conscientious of his needs. My brother was so at ease that at the end of the appointment he said he had enjoyed it! Outstanding care from two exceptional people.

I've never had an issue once I'm in the centre, friendly and professional staff and all the doctors and nurses are brilliant. The reason for the 2 stars is that to get in touch with the right people is an absolute nightmare. I'm on my 5th phone number to try and make an appointment because the appointments simply don't get made otherwise. I don't know what number I'm meant to be calling, the numbers online don't get answered other than the main reception. They pass me on to someone else who passes me on yet again and again. Is there not a centralised team who handles all this? Then once the appointment is made the waiting lists are ridiculous. It's only my vision on the line here... surely it makes sense to get it fixed ASAP and keep me a higher rate tax payer than to have me need to drop out of work and claim disability? I'm not saying that entitles me to healthcare above anyone else but surely something so preventable yet so destructive should have some sort urgency?
