Sad to put a bad review as I like to be positive about my experiences. I have tried to get spare parts for a pair of press tools that I’ve spent very good money on a few years ago. I am an engineer so for me it’s a simple fix only requiring the electrical parts to be replaced. Unfortunately rothenberger say they can not supply me with parts to carry out my repairs. I would have to send the tools in to the service centre for diagnosis of the issue then quote for the repair. The initial diagnosis would cost me just to get started plus getting the tools to the workshop. I find myself looking at this company to one that shows a good service department but not being able to look after the small people that must be such a large costumer base . Other tool and equipment manufactures have given me far better service and time without a payment to them supporting small companies like myself.

real niche question about a piezo start, butane gas torch for removing tar from a 70 year old boat. Ocean couldn't have been more helpful! Have ordered the Promatic handle with a Promatic 3358 Hot air burner. Just the job. This is service as it should be!!!!
